Steven A. Goldstein, CPA


Steven Goldstein CPA is the Audit Partner for the New York firm. In addition, he heads up the firm’s Litigation Services and Business Valuation Group. With more than 38 years of professional forensic accounting and tax experience in both national and regional accounting firms, Steven has a broad background in assisting businesses in tax compliance and planning, identifying and attaining business goals, and the structuring of specific transactions.

He specializes in providing one-on-one business advisory services to individuals and closely-held businesses. In addition, Steven has been recognized as an expert witness in the New York State Supreme Court in numerous litigation support projects.

In addition to his work for the firm, Steven has lectured as part of the Continuing Education Tax Institute of St. John’s University, Queens, New York. He has lectured on forensic procedures in fraud detection at a joint conference of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the National Conference of CPA Practitioners and has lectured on tax strategies for businesses for CUNY School of Law, Community Legal Resource Network.
